Bayside Independence was born from a desire to provide a high quality, locally owned and operated therapy service, for other local families in our South West region. Our friendly team bring together years of experience in therapeutic interventions across the lifespan with the management expertise to ensure service quality, value and reliability. Our services may be funded under a variety of schemes including the NDIS, Medicare, Department of Veterans Affairs, private health funds, and community aged care packages.

We believe that quality therapy services should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we pledge to always offer services to self funded clients who don’t fall under one of the above schemes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to see you?

No. We accept self referrals as well as referrals from other health care providers or agencies.

Do you travel to my town?

We travel to all regions in the South West by appointment. We also offer therapy via telehealth (video on your smart device or computer) when it is appropriate for you. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Can I use my NDIS funding to access your services?

Yes. We accept referrals for self-managed and plan managed NDIS participants. We are a Registered NDIS Provider of 0128 Therapeutic Supports for agency managed NDIS participants. Not a NDIS participant? No problem! We provide services under a range of other funding schemes, as well as for private or self funded clients.

How much do your services cost?

We regularly review our fees to ensure that we are meeting industry recommendations and providing value for our clients. Please contact us for a copy of our current fee structure.
